Projects are developed online using photographs, measurements, existing plans or an appropriate measured survey. We prepare the agreed drawing package and explain when planning, permitted development, Building Regulations or specialist input may apply.
A remote service with local requirements in mind
Requirements differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and between individual authorities. The applicable route is confirmed for each project; decisions remain with the relevant authority or review body.
